🛒 Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar-mozzarella blend)
1 cup sour cream
½ cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ cup green onions or chives, chopped (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Boil potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just fork-tender. Drain well.
In a large bowl, mix sour cream, ranch dressing, melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add potatoes, chicken, and half of the bacon. Gently toss to coat.
Transfer mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle with cheese and remaining bacon.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 10–15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with green onions or chives before serving.
