🛒 Ingredients
For the Cauliflower:
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
3 tbsp olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs or panko
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried herbs
For the Spicy Dip:
½ cup mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp hot sauce or chili paste
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Season the cauliflower:
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and chili powder.
Coat:
Add Parmesan, breadcrumbs and herbs. Mix until every floret is fully coated.
Bake:
Spread in a single layer on the tray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crispy.
Make the dip:
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder until smooth.
Serve hot with the spicy dip on the side.
