Garlic Butter Roasted Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets

1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed

3 tablespoons melted butter

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

2 green onions, sliced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with foil.

Place the salmon fillets and asparagus evenly on the prepared tray.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and green onions.

Drizzle this mixture over the salmon and asparagus, then season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flakes easily.

Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
