🛒 Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup breadcrumbs or panko
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or cayenne
🔥 Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Season cauliflower
Place florets in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes if using. Toss until well coated.
Coat it
Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss again so every piece is coated.
Bake
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the tray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Optional crisp boost
Broil (grill) for the last 2–3 minutes for extra crunch.
