Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast

¼ cup finely chopped cucumber
¼ cup diced bell pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

Butter lettuce or romaine leaves for wrapping
Instructions
In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, cucumber, bell pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until creamy and evenly coated.
Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves.
Roll up gently like mini wraps and enjoy!
