Honey, Garlic, and Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside if necessary.

In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and cook until tender and golden.

Return the chicken to the skillet (if you removed it). Add the honey and soy sauce.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken well.
