Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional but amazing!)
1/4 tsp salt
Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
Add the flour, salt, and shredded coconut. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden (tops stay pale).
Let cool for 5 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar while warm for a snowy look ❄️
Once fully cooled, roll them again in powdered sugar for extra coating.
