Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1 tbsp ketchup (optional, for flavor)
6 large flour tortillas
1–2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, grated or minced (for garlic butter)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Cook the beef mixture
In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook until the beef is browned.
Stir in 1 tbsp ketchup if you like the flavor.
Remove excess fat if needed.
Assemble the rollups
Lay a tortilla flat.
Add a spoonful of beef mixture in a line across one side.
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese.
Roll tightly into a wrap.
Make garlic butter
Melt butter in a small bowl.
Add minced garlic and mix.
Toast the rollups
Heat a skillet on medium.
Brush each rollup with garlic butter.
Place seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy.
Flip and toast the other side.
Serve
Brush with extra garlic butter if you want.
Sprinkle parsley.
Slice and serve with ketchup, mayo, or burger sauce.
