Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops (about ½ inch thick)

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

On a plate, mix together the Parmesan, bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Rub each pork chop with a little olive oil.

Dip each chop into the Parmesan mixture, coating well and pressing the mixture on firmly.

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

Place the coated pork chops on the pan.

  1. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
