🛒 Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges for serving
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
