Homemade Shrimp Burger with Guacamole

📝 Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper to taste

2 ripe avocados

1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp chopped cilantro or chives

2 toasted brioche buns

Butter for toasting (optional)

🍽️ How to Make It:

1️⃣ Season & Sear the Shrimp:

Toss shrimp in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear them in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until perfectly juicy — this is grilled seafood magic and an easy summer dinner dream.

2️⃣ Mash Up the Guac:

In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, jalapeño, and a pinch of salt. Stir in chopped cilantro for that fresh flavor kick and bold guacamole twist.

3️⃣ Toast the Buns Right:

Butter the buns and lightly toast in a pan or on the grill until golden brown — this adds a craveable crunch to your ultimate burger stack.

4️⃣ Build That Beast:

Spread a generous layer of guac on the bottom bun, pile on the hot shrimp, top with extra herbs if you’re feelin’ fancy. Close it up with the toasty top bun for an epic shrimp sandwich experience.

5️⃣ Serve & Devour:

Serve warm with sweet potato fries, chips, or slaw — this is a next-level sandwich win you’ll be making on repeat.
