Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika (for color and flavor)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven: to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
2. Prepare topping:
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble:
Place chicken breasts in the prepared dish. Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each breast. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
5. Optional broil:
For an extra golden crust, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end — just keep a close eye on it.
6. Rest & serve:
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before ser
ving. Garnish with fresh parsley if you like.
