🛒 Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet. Pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the mixture evenly over each fillet, pressing gently to coat the top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is flaky and topping is golden.
Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite veggie or rice side. 🍋
