Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey / plant-based meat)

1 small onion, finely diced

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

4 tbsp butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook the beef mixture:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.

3. Prepare the bombs:

Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.

Spoon a tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Fold and pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.

4. Bake:

Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

5. Make garlic butter:

While baking, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
