Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Tater Tot Cones

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

6 slices beef bacon

24 frozen tater tots

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Preheat Oven:

1.1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

Cook the Bacon:

2.1. In a skillet, cook the beef bacon over medium heat until crispy.

2.2. Remove the bacon from the skillet and let it drain on paper towels.

 

Cook the Beef:

3.1. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned.

3.2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat.

 

Prepare Tater Tots:

4.1. Bake the frozen tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

 

Assemble the Cones:

5.1. Once the tater tots are done, let them cool slightly.

5.2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced tomatoes, and diced onions.

 

Fill the Tater Tot Shells:

6.1. Take a handful of tater tots and shape them into a cone.

6.2. Fill each cone with the beef and bacon mixture.

 

Add Toppings:

7.1. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the filled cones.

 

Serve:
