Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

 

Ingredients:

 

For the Chicken:

 

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

 

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

• ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)

 

• 1 tsp garlic powder

 

• 1 tsp paprika

 

• 2 large eggs

 

• 2 tbsp olive oil

 

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

 

• 2 tbsp butter

 

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

 

• 1 cup heavy cream

 

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

• Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

 

1. Prepare the Chicken:

 

• Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.

 

• Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.

 

• In another bowl, beat the eggs.

 

• Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.

 

2. Cook the Chicken:

 

• Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

 

• Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

 

3. Make the Sauce:

 

• In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

 

• Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

 

• Simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring until thickened.

 

4. Combine and Serve:

 

• Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.

 

• Serve warm with pasta, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
