Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

A light, comforting vegetable soup that’s filling, nourishing, and great for a healthy lifestyle.

🔪 Instructions

Sauté the aromatics

In a large pot, add a splash of vegetable broth (or a little olive oil if preferred).

Sauté the chopped onion and garlic over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the vegetables

Stir in carrots, bell peppers, celery, and cabbage. Cook for 4–5 minutes to slightly soften.

Build the soup

Add diced tomatoes (with juice), vegetable broth, thyme, turmeric (if using), and black pepper.

Simmer

Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 25–30 minutes, until all vegetables are tender.

Finish & adjust

Stir in lemon juice if using. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve hot

Enjoy as-is or with fresh herbs on top
