🛒 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1½ cups water
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread the uncooked rice evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the rice.
Stir together the cream of chicken soup and water; pour evenly over the rice.
Lay the chicken breasts on top.
Cover tightly with foil (important!).
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes—do not uncover while baking.
Let rest 5 minutes, fluff the rice, and serve.
