🐟 For the Salmon
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
🔥 Bang Bang Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp honey or sugar
1 tsp lime or lemon juice (optional but great)
⏱️ Instructions (15 Minutes Total)
Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Set aside.
Season the salmon
Pat salmon dry. Rub with olive oil, then season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook the salmon
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon skin-side down (if applicable).
Cook 4–5 minutes until crispy.
Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until flaky.
Sauce it up
Reduce heat to low. Spoon Bang Bang sauce over the salmon and let it warm for 30–60 seconds (don’t boil).
Serve immediately
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if you like.
