Sticky Wings

 

Ingredients

1 kg (2–2.2 lb) chicken wings

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp chili powder (optional)

Sticky Sauce

½ cup BBQ sauce

¼ cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice

Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

Season wings with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder & chili.

Cook wings

Oven: Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 40–45 min, flipping halfway

Pan: Shallow-fry until golden & cooked through

Air fryer: 200°C for 18–22 min

Make sauce: In a pan, melt butter → add garlic → stir in BBQ, honey, soy sauce & vinegar. Simmer 3–5 min until thick and glossy.

Toss wings in the sticky sauce until fully coated.

Optional: Broil or pan-caramelize 2–3 minutes for extra stickiness.

🍟 Cheesy Fries

Ingredients

500 g frozen or fresh fries

1 cup cheddar cheese (melted)

½ cup mozzarella (optional, for stretch)

¼ cup mayonnaise or ranch

½ tsp garlic powder

Chili flakes

Dried parsley or green onions

Instructions

Cook fries until extra crispy (oven, fryer, or air fryer).

Cheese sauce: Melt cheddar (and mozzarella) gently with a splash of milk.

Assemble:

Fries → cheese sauce drizzle

Mayo or ranch drizzle

Chili flakes + parsley on top

Pile sticky wings next to cheesy fries.

Add extra sauce on the side for dipping.

Pro tips:

Add smoked paprika for deeper flavor

Swap BBQ for honey-garlic or sweet chili

Finish fries with bacon bits if you’re feeling wild
