Steak & Eggs

Ingredients

1 steak (ribeye or sirloin)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp oil or butter

2 eggs

Instructions

Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan over high heat and add oil or butter.

Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness and doneness preference).

Remove steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.

In the same pan, fry the eggs to your liking, soaking up those delicious steak drippings.

Serve the steak with eggs and enjoy!

Optional Upgrades

Add a clove of garlic & a knob of butter to baste the steak

Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives

Serve with toast, hash browns, or sautéed veggies
