Creamy Chicken Power Wraps – Low-Carb & High-Protein

Servings: 2–3

Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast

½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or light cream cheese for richer taste)

¼ cup finely chopped cucumber

¼ cup diced bell pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper to taste

Butter lettuce or romaine leaves for wrapping

Instructions

In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, cucumber, bell pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

 

Mix until creamy and evenly coated.

Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves.

Roll up gently like mini wraps and enjoy!

Optional Add-Ins (Still Low-Carb)

Chopped parsley or dill

A pinch of smoked paprika or chili flakes

Finely sliced radish for crunch

Meal-Prep Tip

Keep the filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Assemble wraps just before eating so the lettuce stays crisp.
