🛒 Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half or pounded thin)
Salt & black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp dried thyme or oregano
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional but delicious)
Fresh parsley for garnish
🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan add butter and mushrooms.
Cook until mushrooms release their juice and turn golden.
4️⃣ Add garlic and thyme – cook 30 seconds.
5️⃣ Pour in chicken broth and scrape the pan.
Add cream and parmesan, stir and simmer 4–5 minutes until sauce thickens.
6️⃣ Return chicken to the pan. Spoon sauce over it and simmer 5 minutes until fully cooked.
7️⃣ Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
