Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
8 strips bacon
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken strips and toss until well coated.
Wrap each chicken strip with one strip of bacon and place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar over the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bacon is fully cooked and crispy.
Tips (optional)
For extra crisp bacon, you can broil for 2–3 minutes at the end (watch closely).
Line the baking dish with foil or parchment for easy cleanup.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad.
