🛒 Ingredients:
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
½ lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
20 slices pepperoni
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash – optional)
Marinara sauce, for dipping
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×8 inches).
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch around the edges.
Layer cooked sausage and pepperoni slices over the cheese. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Carefully roll the dough up jelly-roll style, starting from the long side. Pinch the seam and ends to seal tightly.
Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil or beaten egg for a golden crust.
Use a sharp knife to cut a few small slits on top to let steam escape.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
