Baked Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

 

🛒 Ingredients:

 

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

 

3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

 

4 garlic cloves, minced

 

1 tsp paprika

 

1/2 tsp dried thyme

 

1/2 tsp salt

 

1/2 tsp black pepper

 

1 tbsp olive oil

 

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

 

👩‍🍳 Directions:

 

Preheat

Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

 

Prepare the Butter Mixture

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

 

Season the Chicken

Pat chicken thighs dry. Rub them with olive oil, then coat generously with the garlic butter mixture.

 

Bake

Place chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F/75°C).

 

Garnish and Serve

Let rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve with rice, veggies, or mashed potatoes.
