Ingredients :
For the Cabbage Wraps:
1 medium green cabbage
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Burger Filling:
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
1/2 cup onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Optional Toppings:
Sliced tomatoes
Pickles
Mustard or ketchup

Instructions :
Prepare the Cabbage
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Carefully remove 8–10 large outer cabbage leaves.
Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Set aside while you prepare the filling.
Make the Burger Filling
In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
Stir in ground beef, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Mix in shredded cheese, then remove from heat.
Assemble the Burgers
Place a cabbage leaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Spoon about 3–4 tablespoons of filling in the center.
Fold sides over and roll into a “cabbage pocket.”
Repeat with remaining leaves and filling.
Bake
Place cabbage rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
Serve
