Ingredients:
2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
1 cup (240ml) whole milk
¾ cup (150g) sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla bean)
A pinch of salt
Instructions (No Ice Cream Maker Needed):
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until the sugar fully dissolves.
2. Add the heavy cream and mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for about 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours, stir or whisk to break up ice crystals. Return to the freezer and repeat this process every 30 minutes for 2–3 rounds until thick and creamy.
5. Freeze completely for at least 6 hours or overnight.
To Serve:
Scoop and enjoy plain or with toppings such as chocolate syrup, caramel, or crushed Oreos. 🍫🍯🍪
Optional (Ice Cream Maker Method):
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (usually 20
–25 minutes), then freeze until firm.
