Cheesy Zucchini Sticks 🧀🥒

 

Ingredients:

 

2 medium zucchini

 

1 tablespoon olive oil

 

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

 

Salt and black pepper, to taste

 

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

 

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Marinara sauce, for dipping

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

 

2. Cut zucchini into sticks (about the size of thick fries).

 

 

3. Toss the zucchini sticks in olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

 

 

4. Arrange the zucchini sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

 

 

5. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.

 

 

6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini.

 

 

7. Return to the oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden edges.

 

 

8. Garnish with chopped parsley.

 

 

 

9. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
