150g flour (heat-treated)

🍰 Instructions:
1. Prepare the brownies: Melt chocolate and butter together. Mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla, then fold in flour and cocoa. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Let cool completely.
2. Make the cookie dough: Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla, flour, and chocolate chips. Spread over the cooled brownie layer.
